It works
Easy to navigate convenient
Works most of the time. But gives me an extremely difficult time whenever I go to activate a pass.
The app is great but recently I have had so many technical difficulties, my current bus pass has been marked as expired even though it doesn't expire until December and I can only see it in the purchase history. When I try to tap on it it won't even open on the main screen even though the date of expiration still says until December of 2021. It was so good until recent updates.
Won't open at all and makes my phone freeze while I try....not happy
Consistently telling me I can't time travel (change my date/time) when I haven't been. It's also stupidly slow.
literally doesn't work
I know they get paid for diving & it's not enuf provably, but they are always nice & even when their late. I've only had 3 times when I had to wait but I learned they give service to all of us. Wheelchairs, walkers do not turn on a dime. My walker is heavy & big & barely fits in car trunks, but they Always secure me & the damn walker.I Appreciate their service at $1.75 a ride, you can't beat it. THANKYOU Pierce Transmit ROCKS!!
